ORGANISATION AND INDUSTRIAL ABILITY
From the 95 square metres of the initial headquarters, it was 1948, today we occupy an area of 108,000 square metres between offices and production plant, equipped with solar panels to make our operations more sustainable.
Manpower, materials, controls
An experienced and professional workforce, the selection of the finest materials and the entire production chain based on strict and constant controls are what we need to guarantee high quality.
For this to happen, we have favoured a precise organisation and made it firmly established with the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification, first activated in 1993. We chose to follow the standards of the 100% Made in Italy certification on Italian origin and product quality, which was achieved in 2014.
A SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAIN
Forest Stewardship
CouncilĀ® certification
Our wood panels meet strict environmental, social and economic standards.
CARB2 (California Air
Resource Board)
Standard guaranteeing that every wood-based material used is free of formaldehyde.
Dallagnese sustainability
Sustainability for Dallagnese is a path we have embarked on that will commit us to several choices. We list the first and most significant ones. Many more will follow.
CARB2 STANDARDS
We have decided to comply with CARB2 (California Air Resource Board) standards and therefore to rely only on partners able to guarantee the supply of formaldehyde-free wood-based materials.
FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCILĀ®
Since we work with a material as precious to the planet as wood, we ensure that it comes from well-managed and responsible forests. The panels used in the production process are therefore certified by the Forest Stewardship CouncilĀ®.
DECOVERY PAINTS
We have initiated a gradual phase-out of solvents in lacquering. For all matt lacquers, we use water-based lacquers, which have a very low solvent residue and instead contain vegetable-derived resins. In this way, we drastically reduce emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), so that we can release almost exclusively water vapour, which is completely odourless and has a very low environmental impact.
SOLAR PANELS
Thanks to the implementation of solar panels in the production plant, which started in 2021, we aim for energy self-sufficiency, which will also have benefits in terms of environmental impact.
